Italy's largest portal by listings and revenue — roughly 1.2 million properties published by around 22,000 agencies, or close to 90% of Italian real estate professionals. Italian-default interface but the search filters translate intuitively, and browser auto-translation handles the rest. Where you'll see the broadest set of properties in any given town or region.

Spanish-founded portal that's become the Italian traffic leader after acquiring Casa.it in 2020. Italian-default UI, but with a clean language switcher offering English and fifteen other languages — deeper multilingual support than the other major portals. Also covers Spain and Portugal, useful if you're comparing destinations.
Italy-only · third major portal
Italy's traditional third-place portal, owned by Idealista since 2020 but still operating as a separate brand with its own inventory feed. Italian-language only. Worth checking as a cross-reference once you've narrowed down regions — some agencies still post listings here that don't appear on the bigger sites.

Italian-founded portal built specifically for non-Italian buyers — Americans make up over a quarter of users. English-first interface in ten languages, and the agents listing here actively expect and respond to foreign inquiries. Smaller inventory than the big three (around 39,000 properties) but every listing is curated for the international audience.
